Welcome to the team. To ensure you are prepared and paid on time, please review the three checklists below before you arrive on-site.
PRE - ARRIVAL

ADP Onboarding: Ensure all digital paperwork is finalized including section 1 of the I9.

Safety Gear Check: Steel-toed boots, Hard Hat, and Gloves are mandatory.

Travel Prep: Start your travel log via the Check-In link before departing; log your travel status twice daily

Be sure your direct deposit is set up

Check your assignment: Log into https://waytogo.arahant.com/worker
ON-SITE STANDARDS

WTG Issued vest and black tee shirt; black or blue jeans (no holes)
-
Safety Gear Check: Steel-toed boots, Hard Hat, and Gloves are mandatory.

Phones: are to be put away unless accessing client or WTG systems
-
ID/Badges: name badges or ID worn at all times
-
Adhere to Dress Code: No hats, shorts, leggings, sweatpants or ripped denim
COMPENSATION & TRAVEL

Mileage rule: mileage is only reimbursed for travel exceeding 120 miles
-
Shift Compliance: must work entire scheduled shift to qualify for travel pay and weekly bonus.

Per Diem: only applies to specific assignments (verify your specific offer letter for daily rates if applicable)
